Kitchen, Bath and Wardrobe Designer

The Washington metro region’s preeminent high-end residential kitchen & bath design firm seeks a design associate to work in our Tysons Corner office. Some home-based work is also possible.

This position offers the opportunity to participate in client meetings, manage projects from start to finish and develop designs, including detailed plans and elevations. Duties also include recommending and specifying materials such as cabinetry, countertops, tile, lighting, and other finish materials necessary to develop a complete design solution. This is not a sales position.

We are looking for a creative self-starter, who can grow and develop to take on an increasing amount of responsibility. Some experience with Kitchen design is strongly desired. A desire to be part of a small, positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment is essential. A sense of humor is always welcome!

A bachelor’s degree in either Interior Design or Architecture is required. Specific skills or aptitude is necessary in the following areas:

Proficiency in CAD and SketchUp

Strong oral and written communication skills

Excellent organization (project management) skills



Curiosity/desire to learn and grow

A positive attitude and sense of humor!
