Our firm has been designing and building Kitchens for almost 20 years in the DC area, and throughout the country.  Over the years, our design and product offerings have expanded to Baths, Mudrooms, Wet Bars, Family Room Built-ins, Laundries, and Pool Houses.  During this time, we have also designed and installed many wardrobes.  Since these spaces are personal, intimate, and (obviously) fashion-oriented, we began exploring the use of materials into our designs that reflect this context.

The result of these design efforts is LOBKOVICH WARDROBES.  Unique materials include textiles such as leather, shagreen, animal hides and fabric, along with custom decorative metal elements, mirror, and glass.  We’re also including integral LED lighting components, from our lighting partner.  In Wardrobes, great lighting is essential!  We also wanted to be sure we could truly customize each element, rather than have to follow a modular pre-set program.  And we wanted to do this at a premium price point (of course necessary with lux materials), but well below the cost of the European wardrobe brands.  Lobkovich Wardrobes are constructed of wood (no melamine or laminates), are available in almost any wood species and finish, and they ship in 9-10 weeks from date of order.  Since they’re built locally, deliveries are prompt and predicable.  Accessories options are extensive, utilizing many of the same components of far more expensive brands.  If a custom accessory is necessary, we have almost unlimited options to address the client’s needs as well.  Finally, style can be Modern, Classic, or Transitional.  We’re as comfortable designing across the “style spectrum”, from London to Miami!

Kitchens will always be our “home” but wardrobes are sexy, sophisticated and fun!
